These terms cover orders placed with Ironstone Brew Co..
Age and delivery
You must be 18 or over to order alcohol. An adult must receive the delivery and may be asked for suitable photo ID under a Challenge 25 approach. We may refuse delivery where age cannot be verified. Never order alcohol for a person under 18.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is offered when the delivery postcode is within the brewery’s configured five-mile radius. Eligibility is calculated from postcode coordinates. The full delivery postcode entered on Stripe must match the one checked on our basket page; mismatches may delay the order.
Availability and payment
Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation. Stock can change before payment completes. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
The Ironstone Ledger
Rewards require an account. Where the programme is open, eligible paid beer orders earn Hops at the rate shown in the customer’s account; cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders may have Hops reversed. A customer may use one listed reward per order, subject to the displayed balance and availability. Hops have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and may be corrected where credited in error. Earning and redemption are currently limited to deliveries in England and Wales. We may change or close the programme on reasonable notice, while honouring legal rights and any reward already validly applied to an accepted order.
The Foundry Club
When membership is open, the displayed price is charged monthly by Stripe until cancelled. The current box size, delivery inclusion and benefits appear on the club page before purchase. Customers can manage payment, skip where Stripe’s configured plan permits, or cancel future renewals through their account portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically cancel a box already paid and being prepared. Club shipments remain subject to alcohol age checks, availability and the delivery territory shown at checkout.
Cancellations, returns and problems
Contact hello@ironstonebrewco.co.uk as soon as possible if an order is wrong, damaged or has not arrived. Your statutory rights are not affected. Perishable and sealed goods can have different cancellation rules; the brewery will apply current UK consumer law to each request.
