NOTICE.

Ironstone Brew Co. uses the information you give us to run orders, customer accounts and the newsletter.

What we collect

For orders we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details. Stripe handles your payment-card details; we do not store them. If you create an account, we store a securely protected password, your rewards balance, reward activity, badges and order history. If you join the beer club, we store the Stripe customer/subscription references, membership status and shipment records needed to fulfil it. For newsletter signups we store your email, the signup source and the date of consent.

Why we use it

We use order and delivery information to perform our contract with you, meet our legal and accounting duties, prevent fraud and provide customer service. We send marketing only when you consent or another lawful marketing rule applies. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed with our hosting, database, payment and delivery providers. We retain financial records for the legally required period and remove other information when it is no longer needed.

Optional analytics cookies

If enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public website. It only loads after you select Accept analytics. It receives browsing and device information, with advertising features disabled. We do not send your name, email or order details to Analytics. Select Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Essential session cookies continue to support sign-in, basket and security features.

Your choices
